Parameter
A tip-drive fan (also known as tip-magnetic driving or TMD) is a type of fan design where the blades are driven at their tips rather than through a traditional hub or central shaft. In this configuration, magnets on the blade tips interact with coils in the fan frame, and the motor is moved out of the hub and placed around the edge of the fan.
