The development of the FVA Roadmap is in continuous progress and will be iterated every year, at least until 2028. The first roadmap includes the main elements captured in the Think Tank sessions up to June 2025.
This first roadmap has a qualitative character. The possibility of quantification of specific parts of the roadmap will be investigated for future iterations. Further detailing will be done in the future through:
Organisation of more Deep Dive and Think Tank sessions. Conducting analyses/studies - topics to be defined – of which the outcome will be used as input for the roadmap. Furthermore, creative and more interactive roadmap formats will be explored for future iterations of the roadmap
Fueled by a shared ambition, this Flying Vision Accelerator Roadmap is a jointly developed future vision created by all participating parties and experts who participated in the Think Tanks. The content of this roadmap shall in no way be interpreted as a commitment, obligation, statement of intent, warranty, representation or any form of binding action by any of the participating parties in the FVA.
This roadmap does not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes. The use of decarbonisation-related terminology (e.g., ‘decarbonisation’, ‘low-impact’, ‘low-carbon’, ‘reduced emissions’, 'climate neutral', 'sustainable,', 'green,', 'net-zero') describes potential long-term pathways and is not a claim or warranty that any current or future activity or technology is fully low-impact or will achieve specific environmental targets.
The participating parties make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or ultimate feasibility of the projections and pathways outlined in this roadmap.
